Goya Concept at Vancouver Fashion Week: Ukrainian Fashion on the Global Stage

In October 2024, the Goya Concept brand took part in Vancouver Fashion Week (VFW) — one of the largest fashion weeks in the world. For us, it was not just a runway show but an opportunity to speak about Ukraine, its strength, and its beauty through the language of fashion.

For our team, this was the most important achievement of the year:

“Becoming the voice of Ukraine abroad through fashion is perhaps the most meaningful accomplishment of our project. It became possible thanks to the support of the Creative Sich community, the work of designer Nadiia (Named Hope), and thanks to Tetiana Holota (@ecostylist), who noticed our creations and invited us to present them in Canada at Vancouver Fashion Week. To speak about what matters through symbols and colors is the most beautiful challenge — and we accepted it and succeeded.”
